AGARTALA, Feb 24 (TIWN): Deep Bhawal, son of Dipankar Bhawal, of Tepaniya No. 6 Gram Panchayat under Tepaniya RD block in Udaipur sub-division committed suicide.

His parents were not at home on Friday when the incident took. On the next Saturday morning, while he was not opening his door everyone started calling him. Later his hanging body from the ceiling fan was seen through his window.

Radha Kishorepur PS Police rushed to the spot and his body was taken to Gomati District Hospital for treatment. The doctor on duty there declared him dead. Presently, the dead body has been sent to the morgue for post-mortem.

Police have started an investigation.
