TELIAMURA, Feb 19 (TIWN): Rikesh Debbarma had admitted his 5 years old son Rishak Debbarma to Teliamura hospital after a dog bit him.
But no free vaccine was provided to the patient party.
Talking to media, Rikesh Debbarma expressed resentment. He said, even after requests, the hospital staff said they did not have stocks of medicines.
Later, he went outside and purchased a vaccine.
Poor families face a lot of financial trouble with emergency patients in such situations.
