Agartala, Jan 30 (TIWN): All the nine accused involved with multi crore scam in Bishalgarh R D Block will be produced in court tomorrow. All the accused right now are lodged in central jail at Bishalgarh. Besides hearing of bail plea of the main accused Bimal chakraborty will also held tomorrow. Bimal’s counsel Sardindu Chakraborty had appealed for bail at High Court of Tripura after it was rejected thrice in the lower court .

 Apart from Bimal, the arrested scamsters are Technical Assistants Chayan Nandi and Kishore Banik, Junior Mechanical Engineers Nibash Pal and Partha Sarkar, Junior Technician Goutam Pal, GRS Shyamal Debbarma and Sarada Debbarma, and Work Assistant Subir Ukil.Two accused persons- Debprasad Nandi (GRS) and Mita Malakar (Junior Engineer) are out of the grip of police. Another detainee Panchayat Secretary Tushar Kanti Sen was granted conditional bail by the High Court of Tripura.
