AGARTALA, Feb 6 (TIWN): “Everyday people are joining BJP from across the state. There are some joining programs in this state everyday,” said Agriculture cum Minister Ratan Lal Nath at BJP state head office in Krishna Nagar, Agartala while addressing media after a joining program was held in the office, where political leaders from various parties joined BJP.
“Since the last Assembly Election 80,715 voters have joined BJP. This is as per the record of the party, whereas many are joining the party locally. So the original figure will be more than this number”, added Nath.
“From CPI-M to Tipra Motha and various parties, people are joining BJP everyday. BJP is the best party and never forgets its promise. I had been associated with Congress for a long time but after seeing BJP’s grass-level politics and no discriminatory policy, I joined BJP. This is the only party that thinks about everyone and tries to reach out to the last person,” said Nath.
