AGARTALA, Jan 7 (TIWN): Based on secret information BSF and police seized illegally stored sugar from NC Nagar and Durgapur border areas.
Total 88 sacks of sugar and 11 sacks of onions were seized by police and BSF during the joint operation.
These stocks were made aiming to smuggle them through illegal means.
Though nobody could be arrested in this regard, but police started investigation to trace who are involved behind these illegal activities.
