Tripura Kshatriya Samaj supports Janajati Suraksha Mancha’s Protest rally on Christmas

AGARTALA, Dec 17 (TIWN): Alleging massive religious conversions took place in Tripura in past few decades, Tripura Kshatriya Samaj came in support of Janajati Suraksha Mancha’s rally on 25th December.
The members of the Kshatriya Samaj alleged that 1,59,882 ST people were converted as per the 2011’s census.
“We are a social organization and have no political connection. But we have full support for the organization for the declaration of protest against conversion on 25th December”, he said.
The organization also demanded anyone who changes religion should be removed from the ST status.
