KAMALPUR, Dec 1 (TIWN): Miscreants have set fire to a man in an attempt to kill him. The victim Haladhar Das is now critical and undergoing treatment in Khowai Hospital.

By profession, Haladhar Das is a daily worker. His wife and son were not at home, went to his in-law’s house when taking the opportunity, the miscreants entered his home and set fire to him.

Hearing his screaming, neighbors rushed to his house and hospitalized him.

A specific case has been registered against the miscreants.
