AGARTALA, Nov 22 (TIWN): After he was asked about farmers’ situation due to the cyclone Mithili by CPI-M leader Pabitra Kar, Agriculture Minister Ratan Lal Nath said, Pabitra Kar has no right to ask such a question, because CPI-M has ruined the state in last 25 years.

“If Tipra Motha asks me a question, I might answer but I will not answer Pabitra Kar. What does he know about Agriculture? Does he know how modern technology is empowering agriculture ?”, said Nath.

“Pabitra Kar is given a post in Krishk Sabha but totally ignorant in the Agriculture field”, said Nath.

“This is the first time, farmers are attending classes on agriculture”, added Nath.
