AGARTALA, Nov 20 (TIWN): TET-qualified, unemployed youths on Monday placed a deputation to the Education Director seeking recruitment. They 361 TET qualified job aspirants are waiting for recruitment for at least year, who passed the TET exam in 2022. Seeking recruitment, TET qualified youths said, ‘We are trying to meet the Chief Minister (Chief Minister is also holding the Education Department). But whenever we tried to meet him, police stopped us at his residence’.
‘Only 361 candidates could qualify for the examination but still the Govt is delaying our recruitment. The process has been very slow’, said a job aspirant.
‘Recently in news it came how retired teachers are taking classes, how senior class students are teaching junior classes. Amid such a crisis, Tripura Govt has no concern to recruit us’, said one of the youths who participated in the agitation.
