AGARTALA, Oct 23 (TIWN): BJP leader Indra Sena Reddy Nallu has been appointed as the 20th Governor of Tripura, replacing Satyadeb Narayan Achariya.

Today CM Manik Saha and other cabinet ministers gave the outgoing Governor farewell.

Reddy Nallu is the BJP Telangana secretary, who has been appointed as the governor of Tripura.

President Droupadi Murmu on Wednesday announced the appointments of BJP Telangana secretary Indra Sena Reddy Nallu as governor of Tripura and former Jharkhand CM Raghubar Das as Odisha governor. A press communique from the Rashtrapati Bhavan said the appointments will take effect from the dates they assume charge.
