AGARTALA, Oct 7 (TIWN): Four Bangladesh civilians were arrested Rishyamukh’s Matai area from a local’s house.
Allegation against one Asish Majumder is that he is involved in human trafficking like illegal activities.
BSF 109 Bn and Rishyamukh Outpost Police in a joint operation raided Shyamal Majumder’s home and detained the Bangladeshi people. They could not show any valid documents of their entry.
Police also arrested house owner Asish Majumder under case no 73/23.
The Bangladeshi citizens were scheduled to go to Gujarat’s Surat.
