AGARTALA, Sep 26 (TIWN): Students on Tuesday gathered from various schools at Agartala Drop Gate area and staged a protest against increased fees at Vidyajyoti schools.

Tripura Govt launched Vidyajyoti scheme in Govt schools, although miserably failed to upgrade schools at minimum level.

Initially the Govt imposed some fees and now, the fees are rapidly rising in those Govt schools.

Protesting against privatization-model of Tripura Govt, school students demanded relief from the burdens of fees.
