After the young banker’s death, family members accused the Bank of pressuring their employees with targets led him to commit suicide,

On Monday night, his dead body was recovered from his home.

Koushik was a contractual employee at Axis Bank.

Koushik's uncle Dulal Debnath said, "Recently Koushik wanted to quit the job but later he joined but for last few days, due to bank's work load, he used to stay silent and depressed".
