KAILASHAHAR, Sep 13 (TIWN): Unakoti District SP Kanta Jangir’s stern action against corruption has caused arrests of 6 Govt employees in Kailashahar. At the same time, Rs. 25 lakhs that were embezzled could be recovered. Kailashahar police after interrogating them, produced evidences before the court. It is known that after embezzling the money, they re-introduce the money into the employees’ accounts. A policeman is among the six employees who have been arrested by the police for embezzling government money. The six employees involved in the incident are Sujan Sen, Dipankar Sinha, Purnendu Ghosh, Alkama Ali, Viswanath Sinha and Zahir Uddin. Zahir Uddin is working as a police constable.
