Addressing media, BJP leader Papia Datta said, that from across the state soils are being collected at the Mandal level and on 14^th September all soils will be given to District leaders and on 15^th September the 10 District leaders will handover the soil to BJP State President Rajib Bhattacharjee.

On 17^th September on PM Modi’s birthday all the states will present the soil at Delhi.
