AGARTALA, Sep 10 (TIWN): Congress Seva Dal to observe its foundation day on 28th December.

A meeting was held in this regard at Congress Bhawan on Sunday.

Congress party state president Asish Saha led the meeting. Seva Dal Northeast Incharge Chandan Barua was also present in the meeting.

With this meeting, Congress also starts preparation for the upcoming Durga puja.
