AGARTALA, Sep 8 (TIWN): Allegation raised against Khowai police for attacking a vehicle driver for not paying him commission.
The injured driver was hospitalized and later referred to GB hospital.
Local people along with vehicle drivers have gheraoed the Khowai Police Station.
It has been alleged that Baijalbari police had sought Rs. 5000 from a driver and after he could not pay the amount, he was attacked brutally.
