AGARTALA, Aug 4 (TIWN): Attacks on Govt officials continue in Tripura. In Khowai’s Champahaur SDPO Office, miscreants attacked the SDPO Dinesh Debbarma over some verbal disputes centering submission of applications for social pension like issues. This incident has triggered heavy criticism as this is not the first-ever attack on a Govt Official. Even after a complaint was lodged no arrest was made so far. Allegations were raised against Tipra Motha workers behind the attack.

During Office hours the attack had taken place when SDPO Dinesh Debbarma was busy with his office work.

So far no arrest was made.
