AGARTALA, July 7 (TIWN): Speaker suspended 5 Opposition MLAs on Friday for indiscipline activities inside Tripura Assembly. The 5 MLAs are : 1) Brishketu Debbarma (Tipra Motha) 2) Ranjit Debbarma (Tipra Motha) 3) Nandita Debbarma (Tipra Motha), 4) Sudip Roy Barman (Congress) 5) Nayan Sarkar (CPI-M). After the incident Opposition parties had walked out of the Assembly in protest. The issue was raised after the budget session started in the Assembly and opposition parties raised question, why there is still no action against the BJP MLA Jadab Lal Nath who was caught watching inside the Assembly on March 27 while watching porn clips during budget session. Congress MLA Sudip Barman added the fuel by throwing Ganga-Jal and Tulsi-Water inside the Assembly especially targeting the BJP MLAs. Speaker Biswabandhu Sen was asking the opposition to go back to their seats but they continued protest.

Few MLAs climbed on the table to stage protest. Then speaker suspended these 5 MLAs for their indiscipline behaviour inside the Assembly.
