AGARTALA, July 6 (TIWN): A youth named Bapan Bhadra was arrested from Bishalgarh bypass road when he attempted to have physical relation with a girl who is minor and a school student.

Both of them were caught in uncomfortable conditions. Locals caught them red-handed and called police. Getting information, police arrested the man immediately.

The youth trapped the minor girl and brought her to a forest area.

The girl is Class-9 student at Bishalgarh English Medium School.

When media tried to talk to Headmaster Chandan Kumar, he could not explain anything about how the girl managed to bunk classes.
