AGARTALA, March 27 (TIWN): Miscreants burnt a scooty, and the incident occurred in in South Kalipur quarter complex area. Miscreants reportedly took scooty of a retired government employee Niranjan Roy some distance away in South Kalipur quarter complex area and set it on fire late last night. As a result of which the scooty was completely destroyed.

The incident caused tension in that area. Niranjan Roy lodged a written complaint at Kailashahar police station against the incident.

Later, a large police and TSR force led by SI Ujjal Chowdhury of Kailasahar police station reached the spot and started an investigation.

Now it is to be seen what mystery the police administration uncovers through investigation.
