AGARTALA, March 23 (TIWN): Bank authorities sealed a hotel in Dharmanagar for being unable to clear the Debt in Dharmanagar.
The hotel has been identified as hotel DinRaat.
A reputed hotel in Dharmanagar was sealed DinRaat on Thursday as per legal procedure due to being unable to clear the debt on time. It is reported that the hotel owner took a huge loan from Tripura Grameen Bank- in 2013 for business purposes but the hotel owner could not return the loan. After many legal processes for not returning the loan money on time, on Thursday, an official of the North District Governor i.e DCM Sanjeev Debnath sealed the hotel.
Aditi Chakraborty, an official of the bank said that now the bank will take the next steps according to their rules.
