Minister Sudhanshu Das and officials of the department went to check a big project has been undertaken for fish farming in the old Mandai area under the initiative of the Tripura Fisheries Department.

Besides, Minister Sudhanshu went to people’s houses and inspected the ponds who are self-sufficient by cultivating fish under the Government’s initiative in that area.

Talking to media, the Minister also said, Govt is focussing on plantation so that people may have another alternative source of income.
