AGARTALA, Feb 24 (TIWN): CPI-M State Secretary Jitendra Chowdhury during his Jirania visit on Thursday said that in the last 5 years BJP has used Tripura as its laboratory for autocracy setup.

“In last 5 years, countless violence and anti-people activities have been organized and all were part of national BJP’s experiment for all its mischievous works and outcomes”, said Chowdhury.

Jitendra Chowdhury was visiting Jirania, Ranir Bazar and met affected party members’ families of the poll and post-poll violence attacks. 

BJP came to power in 2018 unseating the Left Front Govt which was in power for a 25 years regime. 

Tripura Assembly Poll was held on February 16 and the result will be declared on March 2nd.
