AGARTALA, Feb 7 (TIWN): Forward Bloc candidate of Badharghat Partha Ranjan Sarkar on Tuesday while interacting with media during door-to-door campaigning said that people of Badharghat constituency are now seeking relief from drug-paddlers.

“Voters are coming out of their homes and saying, we will send you to the Assembly but do one thing for us that is to relieve us from drugs”, he said.

Sarkar mentioned, many youths are gripped in drug-addiction which has turned their families’ lives into hell.

“Mothers are shedding tears. They are requesting only one thing that is to free their children from drug-addiction”, said Sarkar.
