Two rooms, including a kitchen, of Rabindra Rudra Pal's house under to West Paikhola village panchayat were gutted in the devastating fire.

The amount of damage is about two lakh rupees. It is believed that the fire may have started from the kitchen.

At 2:30 p.m., the fire was reported to the Bilonia Fire Department. Two houses were completely gutted before the firemen arrived.
