AGARTALA, Jan 3 (TIWN): On Monday night, miscreants backed by the ruling party destroyed CPI-M’s flags and banners in Nadikhal area of Bishalgarh.
Ahead of the upcoming 2023 assembly elections in the state, the CPI(M) has put its party flags in Bishalgarh Assembly constituency to advance its campaign.
Late on Monday night all the CPI-M flags were torn from roads, roadside land, drains.
CPI(M) Subdivisional Committee Secretary Partha Pratim Majumdar made complaint against BJP behind the act.
