State Mourning Day for Minister’s demise was violated at Secretariat

AGARTALA, Jan 2 (TIWN): On State Mourning Day, Indian Flag was seen waving at Secretariat.
The National Flag should have been flown at half-mast, but it was violated.
Tripura CM Manik Saha had announced three days of state mourning day and it is a holiday in honor of Minister N.C.Debbarma.
CM Manik Saha visited Minister’s Agartala residence, and met the family members.
CM expressed his deep condolence for Minister’s demise.
NC Debbarma suffered a brain stroke on 30th December. On Sunday at around 2.30 am, Doctors declared his death.
