AGARTALA, Jan 1 (TIWN): BJP party alleged that their flags and banners were damaged by miscreants at Twichindra Bari, Teliamura.
Party members called police and lodged the complaint.
Local BJP leaders who were present there stated that their banners were destroyed, thrown away by miscreants on 31st night. Party has requested police to find out who are the main culprits behind the incident.
BJP said that the miscreants have done this to destroy the peace of the area ahead of election.
