AGARTALA, Dec 28 (TIWN): BJP MLA Diba Chandra Hrangkhawl has quit BJP and submitted his resignation letter on Wednesday.

While resigning, he was accompanied by Congress leaders.

However, on being asked, Hrangkhawl refused to put any statement regarding his joining Congress and said, it will be cleared when time comes.
