AGARTALA, Dec 25 (TIWN): Chief Minister Manik Saha paid tribute to former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee on Sunday on the occasion of Vajpayee’s birth anniversary.
Addressing the occasion, Manik Saha said, “On 1924, on this day, Atal Bihari Vajpayee was born in Madhya Pradesh. Whenever we remember him, we remember him with huge respect”.
“He was a poet, an excellent orator. His speeches are still so popular on YouTube and social media. Three times he became PM with various tenures”, said CM.
“He dedicatedly worked for the nation. PMAY, Road projects, nuclear bomb issues, all such roadmaps have shown India a new route. The “Antodaya” project was also his creation. He worked to benefit the people till the last row. Look East Policy also was properly executed by him”, added CM appealing to all to follow the path shown by Atal Bihari Vajpayee.
