AGARTALA, Dec 22 (TIWN): A public figure is always keenly observed, and filtered by people and that is what happened to CM Manik Saha after he sang a sweet Bengali song titled ‘Nirupama’.
From WhatsApp to Facebook, and Youtube, netizens are clapping for the Chief Minister and appreciating him for singing this song but some of them raised the question, ‘Who is Nirupama Sir?’
CM was traveling by a train to Kumarghat when he was singing after BJP Yuva Morcha national president Tejasvi Surya requested him to sing.
The original Bengali song of Kishore Kumar is about seeking forgiveness from one’s ex-lover and so netizens got curious to know who was the CM’s Nirupama.
However, whether CM’s song was dedicated to anyone or not, is only known by him.
