AGARTALA, Dec 10 (TIWN): Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha along with Education Minister Ratan Lal Nath visited an old school named Khetramohan Academy at Shantir Para and checked the situation there.
It was reported that the local people wanted a renovation of the school.
Based on the demand CM assured that the school to be launched soon after laying a new foundation stone.
"After passing out of the school many students are now settled across the world successfully. But the previous Govt failed to keep the school infrastructure in goos shape. So our Govt decided to reopen the school", said Manik Saha.
Chief Secretary G K Sinha and Education Dept Officials were present on that occasion.
CM informed that the school will be English Medium school.
