AGARTALA, Dec 8 (TIWN): 10,323 teachers on Thursday gheraoed Education Department to know Govt’s final Decision.

The agitating teachers said if Govt doesn’t break its silence within 24 hours then the teachers will go for a massive protest.

A teacher said that after RTI, they came to know they are not the party of Tanmoy Nath V/s State Govt’s Case.

The teacher also said that under previous Govt's era they were terminated illegally and for 34 months they are being deprived of getting salaries.

They (10,323 teachers) were told that the BJP Govt would take a positive initiative by discussing with legal expertise but no positive initiative has been taken yet.
