AGARTALA, Dec 6 (TIWN): A laborer from Assam died after being electrocuted with High Voltage in Pratapgarh area while working on a building in the adjacent area between Pratapgarh Jewels Club and Shil Tila. Another worker's condition was critical and admitted to Hospital for treatment.

This incident spread intense fear in the area among other local people.

The owner's name is Benulal Debnath, who gave the job to a contractor named Salim to supervise the work.

A local person said that the Construction Work is being done illegally as the High Voltage electricity line is nearby which led to such a deadly accident.
