AGARTALA, Nov 19 (TIWN): Road renovation work is going on with huge corruption. With Poor materials road construction is being done from Mainama in Sonamura to Panchnalia Dhanirampur road.

Locals alleged instead of providing High quality materials the road is being renovated with Poor quality materials. It is alleged instead of Oil the workers used red- water to renovate the road, also it is alleged that instead of stone, sand is being used in the road renovation work.

The way dilapidated road from Mainama in Sonamura to Panchnalia Dhanirampur road is being constructed, it will be dilapidated again in a very short time.

However, it is now remains to be seen what necessary action the Higher authority and the concerned Department will  take against the Contractor.
