AGARTALA, Oct 24 (TIWN): Traffic Police registered a case against a biker for not wearing helmet though the biker was wearing helmet.
The incident generated massive resentment and police were trolled by netizens.
In a challan police fined a biker with the bike number TR01AP5676 imposing a thousand rupees fine saying “not wearing a proper headgear (Helmetless riding)”.
