AGARTALA, Oct 21 (TIWN): CPI-M’s rally at Astabal ground has captured the roads, causing massive traffic jams.
Vehicles were stopped in Battala led the participants to walk through the flyover.
In front of North Gate which is located in front of Astabal ground, traffic movements were paralyzed totally.
