AGARTALA, Oct 7 (TIWN): Tripura BJP before 2018 election assured to develop Tripura’s road infrastructure and PM Modi in his election speech said that Tripura to get HIRA Govt under BJP and the state does not need any ‘Manik’ (former CM) for that. PM Modi said this HIRA’s H is for Highways, I is for I-ways, R is for Roadways and A is for Airways. But in 2022 when roadways left in miserable condition in Tripura, next Assembly Election 2023 is also knocking the door. Statewide roadways are left in deplorable shape due to no maintenance for years. Deplorable road conditions hit the normal lives in Kadamtali, Dharmanagar. Local people alleged that their pakka-road is now turned a muddy road under this Govt.

People could not enjoy Durga puja due to the pathetic road condition here. People here are bound to take off shoes to walk on the road.
