Reportedly, Biswajit Datta including his family from Bankar Ghat Talukdar Para area in Belonia has been selling drugs for a long time and the Young generation from age 18-28/30 are coming to take drugs from them, allegedly. Due to a crowd of unknown people in his house the other local people are roaming in the area with fears, allegedly. If the local people stop them the family allegedly abuse the others with filthy words.

Seeing no option, the local women gangs led a raid in Boiswajit’s house a;long with the Police forces this morning. The local women said that they will continue this campaign against drug addicts and drug sellers in the area.

Locals said that three people Biswajit Dutta including his two sons are involved in the drug trade. Women complain that the safety of women has come under question as so many boys come to the area from various places.
