AGARTALA, Sep 22 (TIWN): Attempt was made to kidnap a 13 year old child from Subhash Nagar area in Pratapgarh area.

Reportedly, a School student named Suman Das of Class-7 was on the way to Tution center near to his house. Meanwhile a man on bike noticed him and in a very short time two men with covered faces abducted the 13 year old boy in a 4-wheeler and threatened him. Later somehow the boy escaped from the kidnappers hand and reached his house somehow and briefed the entire details to his family.

The incident has triggered fear among local people. The mother of the son said that the Police Administration should take proper initiative so that such incidents don’t happen further with anyone.

However, the child said that the kidnappers were not speaking in local language.
