‘Don’t take law in hands’ : Manik Sarkar told Party Workers

AGARTALA, Sep 22 (TIWN): Former Chief Minister Manik Sarkar on Thursday has again asked CPI-M party members not to fall into ‘traps’ and not to take law in hands.
Sarkar stated this amid BJP miscreants were attacking CPI-M rally in Hapania in front of him.
Today, during CPI-M’s meeting in Hapania, BJP miscreants held an attack on the CPI-M members. Later CPI-M workers united to fight the miscreants back. However police controlled the situation but nobody from BJP was arrested.
During the incident, Manik Sarkar hurriedly completed his speech telling the CPI-M workers, not to give response to BJP’s provocation of violence.
