TELIAMURA, Sep 18 (TIWN): Two women with marijuana were arrested by railway police while illegally smuggling dried ganja. The incident took place on Saturday night at the railway station premises under Teliamura Railway Police.
It is known that Aliya Khatun (18) and Hirna Begon (27) were seen roaming around the railway station premises with two bags.
At that time the railway police in charge of Teliamura railway station was patrolling the railway station premises.
The railway police suspected that these two women by observing their gesture. Later, the police recovered 9 kg of dry ganja from those women.
Both of them were arrested immediately and handed over to Teliamura Police station.
