AGARTALA, Sep 14 (TIWN): The 10,323 teachers came to Shiksha Bhawan, Agartala to meet with Education Director Chandni Chandran with a demand to forward them to School based on RTI report from SC. While the teachers came in groups the Police to obstruct them set up barricades on Road.

Addressing to the media, a teacher said, “Education Department implemented wrong SC and HC’s verdict, due to incompetent of Education Department we have lost 139 teachers. We have collected various information from SC that our jobs have not gone, according to the RTI report our jobs were not gone, so we came here to know, Why SC’s RTI was implemented wrong?”

The teachers sought to forward them to School according to the RTI report. The 10,323 teachers rushed to the Shiksha Bhawan with determination that they will not return home without getting Positive response from the Department.

However, the Police Administration set up barricades in front of Shiksha Bhawan, Agartala to suppress them.
