BELONIA, Sep 8 (TIWN): A 10 years old minor girl was allegedly raped by Anil Das (70). The incident took place under P.R.Bari PS, Nihar Nagar hospital Tila area.

As per the accusation, Anil Das had told the girl that she will be given chips packets and taking her to a rubber garden, he raped her. The victim used to call Anil Das as uncle.

Seeing her condition uncomfortable and panic, victim’s mother asked her what happened and accordingly the girl told everything to her mother.

FIR was lodged in Puran-Rajbari PS but the accused is still absconding.

It was known that against Anil Das there was murder allegation of his wife and then he eloped with another woman, though due to lack evidence he was acquitted.
