AGARTALA, Sep 7 (TIWN): An 80-year-old man, Ranendra Kumar Dey died after being electrocuted at his home on Wednesday at 9 am in Belonia College Square area.

The incident occurred while he was fixing his TV plugs and during the incident no one was present in front of him. His wife first spotted his body lying on the ground, noticing this his wife started screaming and hearing her screams all family members rushed to the spot and noticed Electrical wire was entangled in his body.

The news was given to Belonia PS, after removing the electrical wire his body was taken to the Hospital where he was declared dead.

After autopsy the dead body was handed over to the family.
