AGARTALA, Sep 4 (TIWN): Poor Ambulance service alleged in Anandnagar primary health center, resulting patient parties have been suffering for a long time. It is known that the Ambulance driver Biplab Shil often stays in a drunken state and often stays invisible during duty hours. Although ‘Right to Life’ is a fundamental right under the constitution of India but often people do not get the minimum basic services here.
Reportedly, a critical Patient was brought to Anandanagar Primary Health Center for treatment but due to Poor services in the Health center the patient party decided to shift him to Agartala GB Hospital for which they called the Ambulance driver several times but the Driver was found missing in duty hours.
The local patient's relatives demanded that the driver should be transferred several times but the local’s demand to change the Ambulance driver was not fulfilled.
Later 102 Vehicle came to the spot and took the patient to GB Hospital.
