On being informed, Director of the NIT College came to the college campus along with the police to bring the situation under control.

In this clash, some students were injured who were later required medical treatment.

The incident had spread fear in the Hostel premises, the other students spent their nights in fear, and all were locked in their rooms.

The students demanded that this kind of unpleasant situation should not happen again and the college authorities should take appropriate measures in last night’s incident.
