AGARTALA, Aug 2 (TIWN): Assam Agartala National Highway turned into a pathetic shape, the road from Chamal Chara of the Atharomura area of the NH to 37-miles has become muddy, resulting the traffic become collapsed on Monday and the vehicle was unmovable. Ambulance service has also not been spared, reportedly a patient was referred to GBP Hospital from Dhalai District and the Ambulance took 6-7 hours to reach at its destination where the distance from Dhalai to Agartala is 2-3 hours. As a result, the patient's relatives faced trouble.
Although the matter is under the notice of administrative officials, but nothing is being done.
If the road is not repaired soon then anytime any critical patient can die on the road without getting treatment in Ambulance.
