Placing a deputation to the Unakoti Dist Education Director, the 10323 teachers demanded their reappointment as they were never a part of the case filed in the Supreme Court.

“In RTI it is clearly written that we were never attached to the case. If so, how can our jobs be gone ?”, asked the terminated teachers alleging that Supreme Court’s verdict was misinterpreted.

However, the Director said, this matter is not in his hand and so they must meet the highest authority that is the Education Director.
